Exxel Outdoors, LLC (Exxel Outdoors™) takes pride in its workmanship and strives to manufacture excellent airbed products. The Exxel Outdoors™ limited warranty protects the original purchaser from defects in material and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the first date of purchase of a new product directly from an Exxel Outdoors™ authorized retailer. This warranty is between Exxel Outdoors™ and the original purchaser and is valid only when accompanied by the original purchaser’s sales receipt showing original date of purchase and location of purchase. This warranty will be extended only to the original end-use purchaser and shall not be extended or transferred to any other person or transferee. Replacements under this warranty revert to the date of original purchase for future warranty. Consumer damage and comfort are not covered by the warranty.
Subject to the terms stated here, if any qualified defect arises and a valid claim is received by Exxel Outdoors™ within the applicable warranty period, Exxel Outdoors™ will, at its option, either repair or replace, free of charge, any part of its product that has a defect in material and workmanship during the warranty period.
EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS
This warranty does not cover defects attributed to, or resulting from such things as, normal wear and tear, product parts that are not genuine original parts, damage resulting from negligent use or misuse of the product, use with improper voltage or current, commercial, educational, or instructional use, failure to follow the operation instructions included with the product and packaging, and disassembly, repair or alteration by anyone other than Exxel Outdoors™. The warranty does not cover an Act of God, such as fire, flood, natural disaster, etc.
Notice: It is the nature of an air mattress to stretch and contract over time due to various conditions. If your mattress loses air while inflated, and has no other damage, this is not necessarily a product defect issue. Carefully and slowly pump additional air into the mattress to fully re-inflate. WARNING: If your mattress loses air while inflated and has structural damage, such as, but not limited to a, stretch mark, scratch, gash, puncture, or other structural damage, discontinue use of the product.
All products returned for warranty repair must be clean and safe for handling. Please review the product care instructions, which can be found attached to the product or in the written materials included with the original product packaging.
This warranty gives you, the original purchaser, specific legal rights. You may also have other rights, which vary from state to state. This warranty is valid for the original purchaser from the date of the original retail purchase and is not transferable. Please keep the original sales receipt. Proof of purchase, from an Exxel Outdoors™ authorized retailer will be required to obtain warranty coverage and service. Exxel Outdoors™ dealers, service centers, retail locations, websites, or catalogs selling our products do not have the right to alter, modify or in any way change the product or the terms and conditions of this warranty.
To the maximum extent permitted by state and federal law, Exxel Outdoors™, the manufacturer, distributor, or seller of this product shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, special, indirect, punitive, or exemplary damages or lost profits resulting from any breach of this warranty or otherwise. All applicable implied warranties, if any, relating to this product, including without limitation, the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are hereby limited in duration to 2 years from the date of purchase. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so some or all the above exclusions or limitations may not apply to you.
